By ordering Hygienitech service by telephone, email, text message, the client agrees to be bound by Hygienitech's terms and conditions.

1. GENERAL:

The client will need to clear away the things from the area before cleaning starts, so that they do not obstruct the cleaning area.

Mattress cleaning requires that the client strip down the bed to a bare mattress.

The client must ensure that the cleaning site is equipped with electricity at the time of cleaning.

Before commencement of work the client shall sign off that the item to be sanitized has abnormalities.

2. PAYMENTS:

Client understands that payment is required upon job completion.

Payment can be made by cash, check, Visa or Mastercard. Checks shall be made out to Home Management Services.

Client understands that late payments may be subjected to additional charges.

3. WORK ACCEPTANCE:

Hygienitech requires the presence of the client or his/her representative to sign our job Acknowledgement Form at the end of the cleaning session. In the event whereby cleaning has been completed but the client is not present for the sign off, the cleaning is deemed satisfactory and the job is considered completed.
